Bookings made direct with us can be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days before arrival, a partial refund for cancellations 14–30 days out, and are non-refundable within 14 days of arrival. If you booked through a third-party site such as Airbnb or Vrbo, that platform’s own cancellation policy applies instead.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested subject to availability (please ask within 48 hours of your stay). We also offer a same-day Daycation option with a 10:00 AM check-in and 6:00 PM check-out — just let us know in advance so we can confirm availability.
Some of our homes are pet-friendly and welcome dogs or cats up to 50 lbs with prior approval — a pet deposit and daily pet fee apply, with a limit of two pets per stay. Pet-friendly homes are noted on the individual listing, so check there or ask us to confirm before you book if you’re travelling with a pet. Homes not marked pet-friendly do not permit pets.
Every home has its own driveway with free parking for 2–4 vehicles depending on the property. Rules on extra street or clubhouse parking vary by community, so we’ll confirm the exact parking setup for your specific home — including any HOA street-parking passes needed — in your check-in instructions.
