Enjoyed staying at Sandy's home. The outdoor living space was enjoyable. The location was great and close to area attractions. It was nice being able to stay in such a nice home and have our fur baby with us. Sandy was very responsive to questions before the booking process right through to check out.

Enjoyed the peace and quiet. My children enjoyed every minute, while staying at Sandy's place. Definitely, will book again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sandy’s place. We were a group of 7 so it was important for us to have lots of room. Outdoor space was fantastic, very peaceful and very well laid out. We found the outdoor griddle and bbq very useful. Loved the open layout with a big kitchen and made good use of the pool table. Location was great for us to be able to go do activities without being stuck in traffic all the time. All in all, we loved our stay at Sandy’s place.

Got confused when checking in but found where Sandy had sent me the code lol. Took some time to figure out how to turn on certain lights and the fans but figured it out. Everything was clean we all loved the outside pool area wished i could've had it heated up. Great location I'm actually looking to transfer jobs in the near future so Davenport might be a good place. This was a wonderful home...Thank you!

This house was beautiful! My husband loved the outdoor kitchen and became a pro at making pizzas in the outdoor brick oven ! This house was well equipped.. a lot of kitchen amenities! Sandy was a great host and very responsive.

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. I recommend this home if you're coming to Clermont. Sandy was pleasant and kept good communication. Thanks for the great stay.

This place was very clean with plenty of towels and cute themes for the kiddos. The pool was fun and warmed up to 82 as mentioned in the guest book. Having owned a hotel in the past, my dad is a pool stickler and carries a pool thermometer and testing kit. There was plenty of chlorine for safety. Sandy was willing to work with us on bringing our dogs and we were so appreciative. She was kind and responsive. We loved the kitchen. Every appliance we needed was there. Game area was well-loved. Thank you!

Sandy was an excellent host and extremely well responsive. We had a bit of trouble entering with our code, but Sandy fixed it within moments of our inquiry. The home is clean and everything was as described in the listing. Ample seating, lots of bedrooms. The family had a blast in the game room. There were also many convenient touches left to make our stay simple: a bowl of snacks in the kitchen, a bottle of wine, lots of hand soap and some starter shampoo/conditioner, etc… One small note: The pool was lovely with a fun light setup. That being said, in the winter months (at the time of this review early 2024), swimming is more of a polar bear plunge. We paid to have it heated, but it was still too cold for the adults. Sandy was gracious about it and is looking into the matter for future guests. Overall, a good experience!

I really enjoyed my stay My family was very happy as well. Nice neighborhood. we were there for Christmas. And they had a beautiful Christmas 🎄 up for us. 🤗 Restaurants and food truck across the street was very handy. very very cold week. 🥶 bought pool heat but couldn't swim we would of froze. if it 55 degrees or lower I wouldn't pay for pool heat. 30$ a day.... You have to order pool heat 24 hours in advance. little confusing getting code for entry at front door. 2 different people were messaging me different codes. But they responded always right away, with questions or concerns. I would definitely stay again.

Sandy was a pleasure to work to with from start to finish. Sandy is quick to respond and always accommodating and FRIENDLY! Her property was exactly what we needed for our family vacation to Orlando. The amenities were unique and plentiful and were what attracted us to the property. My kids were super bummed to leave and loved every sec of our time in Sandy’s home. We would certainly stay again!
