Sandy was a perfect host, always so responsive to every question I had. I would recommend to any family to stay here. My family and I had a relaxing stay here whilst visiting the parks. The spacious pool was a welcome sight after returning each day from the parks. thanks for everything 🙏

Sandy was a great host. She was very proactive with instructions and responsive/accommodating when we wanted to invite over a couple other visitors one day. This is one of the only listings that had nearly all king beds in the bedrooms which was a nice bonus! Also the house is very spacious, there is not much clutter- just the essential furniture (which we preferred with kids and toddlers). Lastly the resort amenities were amazing, the lazy river included floats, which was awesome as I had read other nearby resorts do not. It was an amazing trip!! My entire family loved the house!

Absolutely Amazing Stay! This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more. Beautiful, outstanding, private, and so peaceful. My family and I absolutely loved it! The space was perfect—so much room to relax and enjoy. We especially loved the pool, the kitchen, every single room, the awesome game room, and definitely the hot tubs (both inside and out!). It truly felt like a getaway. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Overall the place was very nice! We did not know every amenity was going to cost extra, She wanted $50 a night to heat the hot tub, which may have added $3-$4 on the total electric bill for the entire time we were there. That was a turn off. However, we really liked the place and she was quick to respond, regardless the time!

Sandy was responsive from the moment I sent an inquiry through flexibility in my dates to immediate help with a pool and kitchen question to a pool and kitchen question. She was professional personable compassionate and a pleasure to rest from! Her extra touches like the welcome packages were lovely as well.

Home was beautiful just as the pictures. Peaceful & safe neighborhood. We had a very late night arrival flight, check in was convenient & simple. The private swimming pool & game room were a hit for my girls. Our family loved the huge wall mirror in the living room, great for selfies & group photos. Sandy was easy to reach & communicate with. Our family would vacation here again.

We enjoyed our stay! Sandy was a great host as she was helpful, responsive, and very accommodating. Layout and location of the home were perfect for what we needed. We loved the pool and the game room! Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. the pool area is lovely and spacious so the kids could play and splash around without getting me wet while tanning - book lovers rejoice. The kitchen is gorgeous and spacious! Plenty of space for everyone and cute themed rooms for the kiddos with every bedroom having its own TV is such a perk. Thanks!

My husband and I had a great little getaway here. The house had everything we needed and was clean and spacious. There were lots of fun things to do in the house with the game room, pool, and spa. The host was answered any questions we had very quickly, even in the evening. We will definitely be back!

This was maybe our best vacation ever! Mostly due to how great the place and Sandy were in making our stay memorable and special. Highly recommend and am so grateful for everything! Thanks Sandy!

10/10 recommend! Sandy was incredibly responsive and helpful both before our stay and even after we checked out. She checked in during our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly, which we really appreciated. The house was exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The game room was a fun bonus, and the pool area was cute and quaint & perfect for relaxing after a long day. Each room had a fan & that is clutch in FL.

Sandy was a phenomenal host! Extremely proactive…. Checked on us to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Her home is lovely. We all felt right at home immediately. I would definitely recommend this home and this host. Great experience.

Sandy was great to work with! She was very responsive and attentive to detail. The home was absolutely beautiful, clean and cozy. We didn’t get to utilize the pool due to the rainy weather but we were still able to sit out on the back patio area since it was covered and the pool was very clean! Beautiful house in a quite and safe neighbourhood. Very much space, it could easily fit a lot more people than us 3. It was very clean and had water ready on our late arrival. self check-in was easy and comfortable. You will get what you See on the pictures. It has everything you need to live there for a week or even more, it is close to restaurants, Walmart and Co. Most important for us: Only a Quick drive to Disney World. Also only a few minutes to Downtown Clermont which is one of the current hotspots in central Florida at the moment. a nice and vibrant place which has an awesome market on sundays. Sandy was always communicating proactive and answered all our questions. Total recommenadation if you are visiting Disney World or Just want to have a great time in Central Florida.

As advertised, place was very nice. Sandy was very helpful with check-in, and checked and made sure if everything was going good. Very nice neighborhood. Lots of amenities on property. Would definitely recommend.

That house is really nice and host is responsive quickly

I travel to Orlando 3 to 4 times a year, and this has been the best home I’ve ever stayed in. It was spotless from top to bottom. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. This home truly feels like a home away from home. I will definitely be rebooking in the near future!

We enjoyed our stay ! Sandy was super responsive and very helpful when we were having some issues with cooling the rooms down ! The AC in the garage was amazing while we played games in the room and the pool was a big hit with our group ! Everyone was able to have their own room which is a big hit with bigger groups!

Sandy was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and will be staying with her again in the future.

We had an awesome week here! The house was spotless and a great layout, pool and spa were amazing to have. The garage layout as a kids play room was great as well. The location was just right for us and having the resort pool and splash pad was a bonus. 5 stars across the board, will be making this a yearly trip!

Sandy is such a great Host. She made me feel comfortable from our first interaction. I love that she made everything so easy and clear and let me know everything I needed to know. I love the home and the beach theme throughout. I love the thought that went into everything supplied. Everything we pretty much needed was provided. I would def stay here again.

This house was perfect!! It was nice and clean! Shout out to the cleaning staff!! Host was very welcoming, and even left wine and snacks!! Lots to do and see! Close to Disney! Pool and jacuzzi were clean, and heated to perfection! If you’re traveling with kids, this house is very kid friendly! I highly recommend booking!!

A great cozy stay at Triton’s. Had extra kitchen amenities that came in handy with two small kids. Felt right at home to snuggle in. Would def stay again!

Sandy & her team went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They were attentive, and responded quickly! They were awesome & this house was beautiful!! Highly recommend for a big family!

VERY SAFE neighborhood and a great community center with brand new pickleball courts and a gym. The Jacuzzi spa is odd. Takes 2 to 4 hours to warm up and you need to be there to reset heat every hour until it reaches temp so dont count on using if you arrive late (we were bummed after a 10 hour drive not to be able to relax in a warm spa) or if you spend all day out of the house like at a Theme park, it will be cold when you get back and take 1-3 hours at minimum to heat House is huge and clean. Kitchen well stocked. Loved the pool table and entertainment room. Very cute Disney themed room for kids. Has a high chair and pack and play with apparently other kid things at Clubhouse Lots of pool floats for kids and good locks and barriers around the pool for safety Walgreens is walkable, Walmart and Publix within 1-2 miles Has a started pack of shampoo, laundry detergent and dishwasher pods but if you stay a week you will need to bring or buy more. I wish we'd known that

The house was clean and very comfortable. Was a great place to come home too after the Disney parks and universal studios. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub and heated pool were great. So much space for the kids and family to move around. Sandy was amazing and very responsive to any and all questions that I had. I will definitely be staying here again on my next Disney Trip.
