***A Few Things to Note During Your Stay***

This home is for a private king bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom in a SHARED HOME. You'll have your own private room and bathroom while sharing the kitchen, living room, dining area, game room, laundry facilities, pool, and other common spaces with fellow guests.

**🏡 Clubhouse Amenities**
Guests also enjoy access to the community clubhouse, which features a fitness center, resort-style pool, pickleball courts, sand volleyball, and a catch-and-release fishing lake.

**🚗 Parking**
Our driveway can accommodate up to two vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. If the driveway is full, additional parking is available on the street and in the nearby clubhouse parking area.

We offer a Daycation option with a **10:00 AM check-in and 6:00 PM check-out** on the same day. Simply book the nightly rate and let us know in advance so we can confirm availability.

**🍽️ Shared Kitchen**
Guests have access to a shared, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals, including essential cookware, utensils, and modern appliances.

**🚭 No Smoking**
Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking is only permitted outdoors with all exterior doors closed. A **$500 fee** will be charged if smoke odor or evidence of smoking is found after check-out.

**🧹 Cleaning**
Additional cleaning fees may apply if your room or shared spaces are left excessively dirty or with excessive garbage.

**🧴 Starter Supplies**
We provide a starter kit to help you settle in, including items such as garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap, coffee, and other essentials.

**🎉 Clubhouse Reservations**
Planning a special gathering? The clubhouse may be reserved for small private events such as birthday celebrations, bridal showers, baby showers, and family reunions. Reservations must be requested **before booking** and are available in 2- to 4-hour time slots between **10:00 AM and 7:00 PM**. Approval is required, and guests are expected to follow all clubhouse rules and clean up after using the facility.

**🔒 Owner's Closet**
A locked owner's closet is located within the home and is not accessible to guests. There is still plenty of closet space available for your belongings.

**📶 Wi-Fi**
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. While outages are rare, service interruptions may occasionally occur due to severe weather or issues with the internet provider and are beyond our control.

**📹 Security Cameras**
For the safety of our guests and the property, two exterior security cameras are actively recording—one facing the front driveway and one monitoring the backyard. No cameras are located inside the home or face any interior living spaces. Tampering with or disabling the cameras may result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.

**🪪 Check-In Requirement**
To comply with HOA requirements, we require a copy of the driver's license of the primary guest before check-in, along with the names of all guests aged 18 and older staying at the property.

Access

Our shared home is easily accessed using our keyless smart lock. The code to unlock the main entrance is the last four digits of the primary guest's phone number, which will also disarm the alarm system upon entry. Once inside, you'll receive a separate, unique code to access your private room.

For your safety and security, there are two exterior security cameras: one at the front of the property facing the driveway and one at the back of the home. No cameras monitor or face the inside of the house, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.

Transit

Getting around is easy, with plenty of free parking available.

Our driveway can accommodate up to two vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. If the driveway is full, additional parking is available on the street and in the nearby clubhouse parking area.

Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area for convenient transportation.

Interaction

Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. High Speed WIFI and renovated kitchen and bathrooms in this Pool Villa.

Neighbourhood

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)
